Lawrence DeAngelo: Graduate, Fitchburg State University, Business Management, Pacific Western University, International Business, Executive Management Program, Harvard University Business School. National Alliance on Mental Illness of Massachusetts, Information Technology Manager, Director of Affiliate Development. Effective Management System Asia Pacific, Principal, Chief Executive Officer.

Bernice Drumheller: Ms. Drumheller is the former President of the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Western Massachusetts (NAMI Western Mass). She currently serves on the Board of Directors of NAMI Western Mass, is a NAMI Western Mass family support group facility, and an education leader. Ms. Drumheller is the 2025 recipient of the Business West Health Care News Lifetime Achievement Award

Penny Hauser-Cram: (Ed.D., 1983, Harvard Graduate School of Education) is the former professor of developmental and educational psychology Lynch School of Education, Boston College. Dr. Hauser-Cram has authored and co-authored 21 Papers and books on Child Development. 

Marilyn DeSantis: Ms. DeSantis is a graduate of Salve Regina University with a Master of Science in Accounting and Business Management. She was formerly Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Massachusetts

Arthur Lupinacci: President and Chief Executive Officer, Lupinacci Consulting, Formally Executive Vice President, The First National Bank of Long Island, and Vice President J. Pl Morgan Chase International Banking.

Tina DeAngelo: Registered Nurse, Regis College BSN. Medical Surgical Nursing MetroWest Medical Center, Digital Equipment Corporation Health Department, School Nursing International School of Boston

🏛️ President & Chief Executive Officer

Lawrence DeAngelo: Lawrence DeAngelo brings a wealth of experience and leadership to Mass Senior Incorporated. He holds a degree in Business Management from Fitchburg State University and a degree in International Business from Pacific Western University. He has completed the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School.


Mr. DeAngelo’s professional background includes serving as Information Technology Manager and Director of Affiliate Development for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Massachusetts. He was also a Principal and CEO of Effective Management System Asia Pacific., Mr. DeAngelo has been recognized for his outstanding volunteer service, receiving the Volunteer of the Year award from the MetroWest Health Foundation for his contributions to NAMI.


DeAngelo is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser in Massachusetts and a veteran of the United States Air Force.  Mr. DeAngelo has lived and worked extensively across Europe and Asia. His short story “The War” was awarded Best Fiction by the South China Morning Post, Hong Kong’s largest English-language newspaper. He is also the author of two books: China Survival Information (Business International) and Personal Computing Handbook (Digital Equipment Corporation).


🗂️ Administration

Catherine Rogers: Catherine Rogers has dedicated over 30 years to the healthcare and social services sector. She holds degrees in social services, nutrition, and administration, and has served as Operations Manager for two nonprofit organizations, as well as Executive Director of the National Alliance on Mental Illness of Western Massachusetts.

Rogers is a passionate advocate for seniors and individuals with disabilities, specializing in resource sourcing and support services. Her personal mission is to empower others to lead more productive and fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her large multigenerational family, relaxing by the ocean, cooking, and gardening with her parents. Her love for nature and family deeply inspires her work and values.
